At ZAFYRE, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. It is with that in mind that we carefully inspect and evaluate each item before shipping it out to you. In the rare event that your purchase has been damaged through the course of its transit, simply return the item back to us within 10 days after its acquisition (receipt of package) and we will happily arrange for its replacement at our cost.
If we ascertain that the damage has been caused by some alteration and/or defacement of the original item, you will be responsible for any charges incurred by the carrier service to have it returned to you. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
Also, for hygienic reasons, we do not offer refunds or replacements on earrings.
In the event that you have received damaged goods, please contact us immediately at customerservice@zafyre.com with your name, address, telephone number and order number.When returning an item to us, please ensure that all items have been well packaged and insured so that our Customer Service department may receive them in their original condition. Please be sure to indicate the nature of the flaw when returning any items to us.
Non-Received Orders
Please note that ZAFYRE is not responsible for any shipments that have not been received due to a change of address. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any changes in address that may occur.
