Delivery Times

ZAFYRE takes it upon itself to deliver all of its articles to you as quickly as possible. Our orders are usually processed within 2 business days after a purchase is made and reach their destination address in 2-3 weeks. In the event that there is an exceptionally high volume of demand for any particular item which could potentially cause a delay, we will promptly notify you of a revised delivery date. Furthermore, seeing as all of our goods are handmade and are not stored in warehouses in mass quantities, larger orders are subject to a longer time of delivery before arriving at their destination. In any event, we will contact you (by email) to inform you of the expected timeframe necessary for us to ship your item to you in the timeliest fashion possible. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any delays incurred by the carrier service. All parcels will be shipped with a tracking number and an insurance coverage for the value of your purchase.

Shipping to the U.S

Orders shipped to the U.S are liable to take 3-4 weeks before arriving at their destination address. Non-Canadian customers should look into possible tariffs and/or duties that might be imposed by local law on incoming international shipments, as ZAFYRE cannot be held responsible for any tax requirements imposed by governments outside of CANADA. We are unable to ship to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please be sure to provide a street address for all orders.

Address Errors

Please note that ZAFYRE cannot be held accountable for any shipments that are delivered to invalid addresses, ensuing in a surcharge from the carrier. It is therefore vital that all of the information provided by our customers be entered in correctly. There will be a fee of 10$ for handling plus any other applicable costs will be applied for re-routing, forwarding, or re-delivering the parcel(s).
